LG: THE TV FOR THE SERIOUS WATCHER

What would you do if a main character from your favorite TV show arrived at your door to personally deliver your new LG TV? We wanted to find out.

To launch LG OLED's new social & digital platform, “The TV for the Serious Watcher," LG partnered with Netflix and legendary prank director Jeff Tremaine, to give fans the shock of a lifetime through a series of surprise deliveries. Ultimately, connecting the love people have for their shows to the actual viewing experience – and freaking out some real people in the process.

Our first stunt delivery, featuring an inmate from Orange Is the New Black, launched in June and was instantly picked up by The Drum and garnered nearly 6 million views in the first 24 hours. Our second installment, featured in Campaign, starred two of the kids from Netflix’s most anticipated show, Stranger Things, came out two weeks before the Season 2 premiere and accrued over 10M views within two weeks.
